We understand your concerns regarding privacy and designed this policy as part of our strong commitment to you, our customers.

We ask you to provide details about yourself when you register as a member of Miss Tati and Friends.  This is done in order to provide you with a full range of information, products and services.  This information is used to notify you of specials and offers as well as any site changes at Miss Tati and Friends.  When registering you will be asked to provide your name, email address and mailing address.  When you order products we will require your billing and shipping address which must be a street address and not a PO Box.  Should you not wish to continue to receive our newsletters and promotional emails you will have the option of being removed from our mailing list.

Miss Tati and Friends considers its customers and their privacy a top priority and to this end we use the most secure transaction software available.  All credit card orders are processed on a secure server.  Any credit card or personal information you provide is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) which can only be decrypted by Miss Tati and Friends.  Should you wish to place an order via phone, please contact our Customer Service Department on 1300MISSTATI or fax 03 98174483.  Phone orders can be placed Monday to Friday from 9 - 5.
